In the Area list box you can select the major Manhattan location that suits you best. (Go to advanced search if you want to have more detailed options that include all NYC neighborhoods.)

The Type list box lets you choose the desired type of the apartment or any other property.


In the Price section select the price range that is affordable for you.

Note: Most of the landlords in Manhattan require tenants to earn at least 40 times monthly rent on the annual basis. If you are planning to move with the roommate, most of the landlords will consider your combined annual income, but some of them may not.

In the Code bar type the six digit code of the property to quickly jump to the particular apartment (or other property) of your choice.

Note: Listing code is a unique code automatically assigned to the particular property. It permanently stays in the system for your current and future references.

Note: All sections are optional; that is, if you leave all of them untouched the search engine will generate a complete list of the NYC apartments currently on the market.




Advanced Search



Click Advanced Search to take advantage of all unique features of our extensive search system.

Select All Available Apartments to view all currently available NYC listings with or without pictures.

Select Apartment Gallery to view all properties with pictures we have in our database.

Select For rent checkbox if you are looking for an apartment to rent, or For sale checkbox if you are looking for an apartment to buy. Rent/Sale option will list rental apartments in NYC with option to buy.

Check NO FEE if you want to see only No-Fee NYC apartments.


Type the code of the apartment in the Listing Code bar to quickly jump to the particular apartment (or other property) of your choice.

APARTMENT FEATURES


In the Apartment Features section you can select all the basic features of the desired apartment. Unlike the Quick Search, here you can select several different options at once, so that results include various types of the rentals of your choice


Also check dining room, office space, sleeping loft and/or maid’s room if you are looking for such additional spaces.


Select Live/work checkbox if you are planning to use your apartment for business purposes as well. You should know that these kinds of buildings must be properly zoned.

In the Price section select the price range that is affordable for you. Unlike the Quick Search here you can select the Sale Price range separately in case if you want to buy an apartment in NYC.

Note: Most of the landlords in Manhattan require tenants to earn at least 40 times monthly rent on the annual bases. If you are planning to move with the roommate, most of the landlords will consider your combined annual income, but some of them may not.

There is also checkbox Rent-stabilized if you want to view only rent stabilized New York apartments.


In the Bathrooms section select the desired number of bathrooms you would like to have in your new apartment.

Note: 1.5 means that there is one full bathroom plus one toilet in apartment.

In the Kitchen list box select the type of the kitchen you would like to have in your apartment.


In the Outdoor Space section select the type of the outdoor space (balcony, garden or deck/terrace) you would like to have with your NYC apartment. Note: Click here to view detailed description of outdoor spaces available in NYC apartments

In the Square Footage select the range of the space you desire.

Note: Outdoor area isn’t included in a total square footage

Check Furnished box if you desire apartment to be furnished.

In the Short Term section check for the box if you would like to rent an apartment in NYC, Manhattan or other boroughs for a period less than 12 months.

In the Moving date section you can either select Immediately, or if you are planning to move to Manhattan little later you can select the possible time period you would like to move within.

Note: Range option is very useful for people who are just planning to move to New York City and rent an apartment.



ADDITIONAL CRITERIA


In the Floor Type section select the desired option from the list box


Check Split Level box if you are looking for duplex and triplex NYC apartments.


In the Ceilings section you can select the range of a ceiling height you would like to have in your apartment.

In the Floor Level section set floor level range acceptable for you in New York City.

In the View section check the boxes for all acceptable types of views you would like to have from the windows of your apartment.

Note: You can select the views from both living room and bedrooms.

In the Amenities section check the boxes for all necessary options

Note: If you select several options at once, results will include only apartments with all those amenities.

In the Renovations list box select the quality of renovations you would like to have in your new NYC apartment.

In the Special Features section check the boxes for all necessary features (such as fireplace, exposed brick, French doors, skylights, etc.) you would like to have in your new NYC apartment.



BUILDING FEATURES


In the Building Features section select the Building Type most comfortable for you.


In the Building Amenities section check the boxes for the amenities you would like to have in your building.

In the Pets section choose the desired option from the list box. Select No Pets if you do not wish to have any pets in the building, Cats OK if you have a cat (this option does not include apartments in which dogs are allowed), or Pet Friendly if you have a dog.



IMPORTANT: While we attempt to provide the most complete search criteria for listings, the data coming from a variety of sources does not always match our extensive search engine. Therefore, due to the lack of information provided, some apartments may not appear in your search but still correspond to your requirements. For this reason, if you do not find listings meeting your needs we suggest you simplify your search criteria and contact the office for further details.

Example: If you select Square Footage From 400 To 600, your search results will show all apartments containing corresponding data, but you will miss all listings on which square footage information has not been provided by the owner or agent.

Also please note that even though majority of listings appear on the website immediately, often there are some properties pending for the information verification. Therefore, please contact the office to inquire about all available listings.
