There is no fee for using NYC Dwellers apartment search. We put you in touch with listing providers directly. All no fee New York City apartments -- including all NYC apartments that you can rent without brokers’ help -- are listed here. We also include broker exclusive listings that come with fees (payable to the broker providing the listing, not to NYCdwellers), but always clearly mark the status of every listing provider as well as whatever possible fees are connected with a listing.

Apartments in New York City that you can access directly will not be listed through a broker. Broker fees may only apply to exclusive listings that can’t be accessed directly. However, if on our apartment listing it says NO FEE, there will be no broker fees charged to you at any stage.
