The floors are all wenge stained oak and the apartment is already wired for sound and cable. There are two spa-like baths: the guest bath has a soaking tub and bisazza mosaic tile. This bathroom also features white thassos slab marble and thassos 12x12 tiles on the floor. Both baths have fixtures from waterworks and toilets by toto. The master bath has a custom frameless shower enclosure and a soaking rain showerhead. It has a custom wenge vanity.
